How to check the resolution of your pc or notebook

For Windows XP:

• Go to your desktop (with all windows closed or minimized)
• right-click on the desktop and select “Preferences”
• click on the last tab called “Settings” and you’ll find your resolution there.

For Windows Vista and Windows 7:

• Go to your desktop (with all windows closed or minimized)
• right-click on the desktop and select “Display settings” (Vista) or “Adjust screen resolution” (Windows 7), when the window opens you’re able to see which resolution you’ll need for a wallpaper.

For Apple Mac:

• Go to ”System preferences”
• go to “Display” and click “Display settings”
• you can see your current screen resolution which is highlighted in the list.

How to get a Volvo PV wallpaper

To set an Volvo-image below as wallpaper just follow the steps below:

• choose a wallpaper you want to have as a desktop background and click on the image which has the right resolution (see above) for your screen and a new window or tab (depending on your browser) will open with the large version
• go to this large version and right-click and choose for “Set as background” (Internet Explorer) or “Set as desktop background” (Firefox).
• For other browsers (like Google Chrome), please save the file on your harddisk (right-click on the picture and click on “Save as..”) and install the wallpaper by opening the image on your local computer and right-click on it and set it as background.
